Key issues for consideration include global health governance, health equity, social determinants, international trade and intellectual property law, access to medicine, clinical/medical professional responsibility, pandemic preparedness, regulation of food and nutrition, policy responses to non-communicable diseases and the ethics of biomedical/clinical research.
